  1. Parental Consent: We require verifiable parental or legal guardian consent before collecting, using, or disclosing personal information from Minors. This consent must be obtained through our secure consent form and may require additional verification steps.
  2. Limited Data Collection: For Minors, we limit the collection of personal information to only what is necessary for program participation and safety purposes.
  3. Parental Rights: Parents or legal guardians have the right to:
    • Review their child's personal information
    • Request deletion of their child's information
    • Withdraw consent for further collection or use
    • Request a copy of the information we have collected about their child
  4. Educational Focus: All data collected from Minors is used solely for educational purposes and program administration. We do not use this information for marketing or commercial purposes.
  5. Special Protections: We implement additional security measures for Minor data, including:
    • Strict access controls limited to authorized program staff
    • Enhanced encryption for Minor data
    • Regular audits of Minor data handling

If we become aware that we have collected personal information from a Minor without proper parental consent, we will take immediate steps to delete such information and notify the parent or legal guardian.
